About The ST School

Established in 2008 by Anna Maria Mazzieri, The ST School exists to deliver the highest standards of Soft Tissue Therapy education and progress the value of Manual Therapy within modern healthcare.

Under the directorship of Anna Maria, The ST School has a dedicated team of experienced educators, with a wealth of expertise within their distinct specialities ranging from pain science to massage to rehabilitation.

All our tutors are practising therapists with their own successful therapy businesses, as being hands on day-to-day with clients ensures that our tutors remain integral to the industry to understand the needs of the future practioners they are training.

What we do

Level 5 Diploma

Evolved from Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy, the Level 5 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy is a part-time one year course that includes both theory and practical elements, as well as home assignment and practice. providing you with the knowledge, skillset and confidence to start a new exciting career in helping people with Pain and Injury.

A superb evidence lead course. Anna not only teaches the course but lives and breathes soft tissue therapy. This course has changed everything! I started this course as a level 3, who really knew nothing and everything I did know was outdated! The course is intense, it’s hard work, but boy is it worth it! The knowledge and understanding I’ve come away with after 9 months has improved massively and the confidence it’s given me to take my business forward is something I can never thank Anna Maria for enough. The passion that Anna Maria has for this industry, her business but also every single one of her students is incredible and I feel extremely lucky to of been taught by one of the best! For any soft tissue therapist or massage therapist The School is the home of up to date, evidence based and easy to use in clinic education. I wish I had started my educational journey with Anna Maria and her incredible team. I have enjoyed some face to face and online workshops and both formats have helped me to feel more confident in what I do and how I support my clients - and that’s where it really matters! I recently attended the Rehabilitation Principles CPD course with The School; and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the course and standard of teaching by Anna-Maria and her team. They demonstrated exceptional knowledge throughout, along with critical thinking and up to date evidence based research which was easy to digest. Anna-Maria and her team were professional, yet very friendly and delivered the course in an informative yet fun manner. The course was very interactive (my favourite way to learn) and provided all the key skills required to offer comprehensive injury rehabilitation, whilst giving me the confidence to offer this service to my patients.
