Terms & Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to The ST School. By enrolling in our courses, both online and in person, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all students and prospective students of The ST School.
Booking and Payment
Booking:
Bookings for courses can be made via our official website, by phone, or by email. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email.
Course Fees:
All course fees are payable in advance unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. Fees are clearly stated on our website and are subject to change. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that they have sufficient finances to cover the course fees and equipment needed.
Payment Methods:
We accept payments via bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our website.
Late Payments:
Late payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your enrollment.
Consumer Rights:
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, students have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
Student Cancellations:
Deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is provided within 14 days.
Diploma Courses:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus the non refundable deposit. After this date, thus within 30 days of course start, assumption of attendance is presumed and course fees will be due irrespective of attendance. We are a very small business, with very small classes and each enrollment is significant and can make the course viable or not, therefore we will always enforce this clause.
It is the student responsibility to ensure that they are sufficiently fit and adequately equipped to partake on the course. There is no refund of fees for students who cancel the course because of injury or ill health.
CPD Courses:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 14 days or less before the course start date.
School Cancellations:
If The ST School cancels a course, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
Course Delivery
In-Person Courses:
Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions.
Students must adhere to the course schedule and attend all sessions punctually.
Online Courses:
Access to online course materials will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology to access and participate in online courses.
Changes:
In very rare cases we may need to change dates of course weekends. It is rare but it may happen.
Liability:
The ST School will not be liable for any losses (including travel and accommodation costs) as a result of dates change.
Code of Conduct
Behavior:
Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and peers at all times. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion.
