This highly practical day course is designed to provide you with knowledge and hands-on techniques for applying barefoot principles in your practice. Informed by personal, pro good foot strength and mobility and as an add-on strategy for the rehabilitation of some MSK conditions.
When Pain Echoes Trauma:
In this webinar, we will take you through the body of evidence linking trauma to chronic pain conditions like Fibromyalgia. There will be particular focus on how trauma can profoundly reshape the nervous system and how it can lead to chronic pain.
