What information we collect, use, and why
Our primary lawful basis for collecting, using and processing with your consent your personal information is our mutual intent to create, fulfill a contract relating to the provision of training courses and supporting services.
To provide services we will collect

To proceed with the booking we will collect

- To process and assess the course application(s) and any applications for products and services that you may request from The ST School or The ST School may provide to you in the future.
- To review your complete position with The ST School which will include (where relevant), debit balances, credit balances and any other relevant information which we hold.
- To fulfill a legal obligation (e.g., tax or social security obligations), a court order or a subpoena also may require us to process personal data for a particular purpose, or we may be compelled to process personal data to report suspicious transactions under anti-money laundering rules.

How long we keep information
We will not keep personal information for longer than is necessary. However, the length of time information is retained will depend on the type of information and the contractual relationship we have in place with you.
As standard we will retain information:

once the enquiry has been fulfilled the data will be destroyed unless opted in for marketing communication.

up to 7 years from our last interaction with you, which includes you logging into one of our systems.
Our record retention policy is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure we anonymise or delete information that is no longer required.
