Hot Stones Massage Training is a one day workshop which aims to introduce you to the use of Hot Stones within your Massage and Sports Massage treatments. It is a course like no others as it is delivered with the most up to date narrative around the effects, benefits and uses of Hot Stones so you can rest assured you are current in your knowledge and practice as a modern up to date therapist.

Your tutors Imi or Sarah are experienced and highly trained soft tissue therapists who have introduced the use of Hot Stones in their treatments ranging from knee osteoarthritis to lower back pain, the possibilities are endless.

The day is mainly practical and the following points will be included:

• Equipment preparation and safety protocols
• Effects, benefits and uses under a modern and evidence informed understanding
• Practical applications within a treatment
• Different case scenarios practice

This workshop is open to all hands on practitioners from level 3 upwards so we welcome any Massage Therapists, Sports Therapists, Sports Massage Therapists, Soft Tissue Therapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Physiotherapists.
