Dr Norah Nelson is a Soft Tissue Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Educator. With over 20 years experience of teaching massage in private schools, Further Education Colleges and Universities, Norah is focused on promoting evidence-based, person-centred care in modern hands on practice. Influenced by her early career as a researcher, Norah seeks to understand and integrate evidence-based touch and yoga health practices, with the ultimate aim of reintegration of the body, breath and mind.
