Gait Analysis For Runners: A Modern Approach (Manchester Cohort) Day 1 ONLINE

‘Gait Analysis For Runners: A Modern Approach’ is designed to help you put together a modern, evidence-informed gait analysis service that is individualised for YOUR business and YOUR clients’ needs, whether that be indoors with a treadmill or outdoors with phone/tablet. The course runs over three weeks, with two ONLINE sessions, and then one IN-PERSON day at a location you select from our options. The Manchester Course Dates are: • ONLINE Session 1: Saturday 8th February 8.30am-12.30pm • ONLINE Session 2: Saturday 15th February 8.30am-12.30pm • IN-PERSON Day: Saturday 8th March 9.30am-5pm (Manchester).

When Pain Echoes Trauma:

In this webinar, we will take you through the body of evidence linking trauma to chronic pain conditions like Fibromyalgia. There will be particular focus on how trauma can profoundly reshape the nervous system and how it can lead to chronic pain. We will also discuss the WILDLY marketed “Trauma informed” work,  and clarify the Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist's precise scope of practice. From there, we will present how Massage and other somatic approaches can be of benefit for healthy recovery when provided within the right framework.
