First Aid Course

This course will cover;

• Adult and child resuscitation (CPR)
• Burns and scalds
• Choking adult and child
• Communication and casualty care
• Defibrillator training
• Minor and severe bleeding
• Role of the first aider (including knowledge of health and safety regulations)
• Seizures including fainting
• Shock and treatment
• Sprains and strains
• Unresponsive and non breathing adult and child.

The training day will last 6 hours (with a lunch break and tea/coffee breaks) and students will receive EFAW certificates, Manuals and CPR face shields.
