You will learn the evidence on mechanisms of massage and its effects.You will understand how different depth of touch will provide a different experience and how to foster this knowledge to help with the most common complaints the clients come to us with.
By the end of the day you will be able to provide a comprehensive massage treatment which you can reason with a strong evidence based framework.
