This series of Workshops is dedicated to learning the practical applications of different approaches of Massage Manual and Movement Therapy for People in pain, with injury or for supporting wellbeing.
Stand alone CPD Course as well
While attendance to the whole series will certify you as a Massage, Manual and Movement Therapist and give you access to mentorship support, each weekend workshop and each day have been designed to work well as stand alone CPD day/workshop.
The series is divided into 4 modules each delivered in a weekend:
1. Modern Massage Therapy Practice
2. Modern Manual Therapy:
Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF)
3. Modern Manual Therapy:
Positional Release Technique (PRT)
4. Movement Therapy Practice for Pain & Wellbeing
Each Module is delivered in a whole weekend but it is delivered so that each day can be attended as a stand alone day. (david more in depth details on the content for each day will be uploaded next week).
Please be aware that Day I of any workshop is a prerequisite for attending Day II.
