Sarah Jones qualified as a Soft Tissue Therapist at The ST SChool in 2017, following a successful 20 years as a Veterinary Nurse. With a background as a gymnast, gymnastics coach, and mum of two young athletes, Sarah already had a strong foundation in movement quality and injury management, and pursued specialized training in adolescent injury care. Sarah is also dedicated to improving training standards in Pregnancy Massage & enhancing women’s access to care for Menopause. She established a Menopause Café to provide access to evidence-based knowledge, empowering women with the right information, so they have agency to make informed choices and take control of their care. Sarah has also played a key role in creating content for the fully up-to-date & comprehensive ST School course ‘Massage in Pregnancy’, which she now is the lead tutor of.
